I had great-sized, brand-new room complete with sofa, a beautiful style and the most comfortable beds. Stunning secluded location near to the forest, the outskirts of Bromsgrove and the gardens.
The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the incredible prices they were offering. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the well-maintained parkland surrounding the property to the beautifully decorated rooms with en suite facilities. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. I particularly loved the old-fashioned dark green decor, which added a touch of nostalgia to my stay. Lastly, breakfast was a highlight of my visit - served in a relaxed atmosphere and included in the price, it was the perfect way to start the day.
All I can say is that this hotel left me wanting more.

The room was bright and breathtaking and also had separate shower. Liked the comfortable interior. You could leave a car onsite. The location was secluded, historic in local pub. Plus, it was close enough to the restaurant, park, and a taxi.
